my friend has a 00 mustang gt and is looking for aftermarket clutch stage 2 or 3 he wanted to know if these are any good http://www.americanmuscle.com/spec-s...lus-86-01.html

While in there, he may consider an alum. flywheel, but there are a couple things to think about before running one:
ADVANTAGES:
1. Much lighter so it motor will rev-up faster.
2. Reduce the overall weight of the car by 20 LBS or so
3. Am told the cluch grabs VERY well on aluminum
DISADVANTAGES:
1. Since it is lighter, the car will loose some torque
2. Torque helps get the car going and may need to feather the clutch a bit more.

Spec stage three and a easy pressure clutch quadrant. Or any other brand stage two. The spec stage 3 is a trans killer. Or spend a little more and get the Spec Stage3+
