So i can pick up a 2000 gt motor for $150 but the bad..
2000 mustang gt PI motor with bad bearing and bad cams

has bad cam bearing in one head
and bad crankshaft bearings
bad oil pump and no chains

Is it worth it?(i looked up the prices for bearing and they we're pretty cheap and i'd prob buld the motor anyways)
and it doesn't come with the wire harness
could i still you my 98 wiring harness?

If you really want a project talk them down to 100 and I guess it'll be ok. You can usually get a full working engine for like ~500. but if your going to build it it doesn't matter anyways.

ya i talked him down from 300. what about the wiring harness could i still use my wiring harness or am i going to need to rewire it with a new harness?

You could use your wiring harness, but I don't know what you would need to do if you decided to use the coil on plug setup.
