Default coolant leak, help!!

OK guys, I have replaced the intake gaskets three times, still leaks from the drivers side all the way in the back, and now I am noticing a puddle of antifreeze in the valley. My car has the new style intake on it, the one with aluminum crossover. Any help would be great

Default silicone

Did you put some RTV sealant in the coolant passages in the back on the driver side and the front on the passenger side? When I did the changeover on my second PI intake I did not get the sealant all the way over the spot that needed to be filled in and ended up with a nasty leak that looked like a waterfall under the car. I took it apart and filled it in correctly and no more leaks and she is running like brand new again.
