Default Engine Swap

I just finished up replacing a head with some bent valves on my GT. Unfortunately when I stated it up it shot coolant out of the exhaust on the side I didn't replace, and dumped all its oil. I think I have more problems then what I initially thought, so Im sick of messing with it. I'm going to pick up a 04 4.6 out of an Auto GT on Saturday. It has 24K on it and I scooped it up for $1000. I just wanted to be 100% sure it will be a direct swap, and there isn't some small thing I dont know of that I will have to switch. My motor was a Romeo, so I should be good there. Is the flywheel in an automatic different from that of a T-45? Thats the only thing I can think of that I should need to swap over.

The automatic uses a flexplate not a flywheel. You'd have to use the flywheel from your T-45. You also need to get a new throwout bearing (I think it's called a throw out bearing).
