Just like the title? If it does, is a seamless fit? Do I need to modify anythhing?

I've put on an h-pipe from an '03 Cobra onto a New Edge GT, and then that same mid pipe onto my old '96 GT. They all are pretty much the same. The only thing that I noticed is that the flange is a bit different. I had to hollow out one bolt hole on one flange. It took about 2 minutes. Other than that is was a good fit.
