I'm going to put A/f Ratio, Pyrometer for the ehaust temp and I was thinking a PSI gauge for Nitrous. You should consider getting a pyrometer. It will tell you the exhaust temp and you will know if you start running too hot. If you hit like 1300 degrees you run the risk of melting stuff.

Don't get the mechanical gauges, get the electrical. The electrical are a lot eaiser to hook up and you will not have any hot fluids running into the cabin of the car. They do cost a little more but well worth it!!!
