yea mine is cutting through at the quadrant...did you have to buy a new one or did they warranty it cuz its a defect?

I didn't like the look of the sharp edges when I installed my UPR quadrant 35-40k miles ago, and rounded things and broke the sharp edges accordingly. I also made spacers for the shaft to ensure that the quadrant remained inline with the cable centerline--and grease it all up with a dab of chassis grease.

Default UPR

They gave me a discount on the new one and free shipping since I had broken 2 cables. I also put a rubber spacer on the shaft to keep it from moving back and forth on the shaft.
