Default Cannot find any thread about tapping manifold

I have been searching through this site for an hour and cannot find an article that shows how to tap the second coolant sensor. I know how to tap it, i just need to know exactly what tap to use and were to get it. I seen somewhere that said to use a 3/8-18 but i have tried everywhere and can only find a 16 thread count.

I went to a ace hardware( dunno if they have those everywhere) and the 3/8- 18 was the most expensive one.

to tap it I used a 1/2 inch drill bit and tapped it from there aluminum is pretty easy to cut with those taps
