That tire will run without any issues on your ride.
Depending on back-space, you my have a little fender rolling or rubbin on inside-back wall, but none to worry about. I would recommend a 6~3/4" back-space, give or take a little. I run an 11" wheel with that tire and dealt with some rubbing on the inside, but nothing a 2.5 lb. sledge didn't cure.
