Okay, since people don't beleive me lol:
there's 3 types of s/c's (that i know of)-
1) centrifugal - acts a lot like a turbo (vortech, procharger)
2) roots - came stock on 03-04 cobras, sits on top of the engine (eaton, older saleen's)
3) twin screw - same placement as a roots except they are more efficient (KB, new saleen's, whipple)
I know those weren't the greatest definitions, but they'll do...

For some reason my car has started sounding like it's blown when i put on the A/C. I haven't bothered to figure it out yet but it's annoying.
