Will I pass my states OBD emission test?

I'm not exempt but that would be nice.

i passed in delaware today with the rear o2's off and no mil's , i did put my factory h pipe back on because they test loudness

Emissions tests suckk!!! you all should move to MI! haha not! it sucks during the winter.
