I was looking at the after Market 2000 COBRA "R" HOOD because I want a hood to keep the engine compartment cool for a Vortech. Does anyone know if this hood is actually functional and removes air from the engine compartment?

most hoods that have a scoop on it such as mine(SVO), you can or have some one cut out the scoop to make it functional.

There is a website that sales that hood in fiberglass just like it that comes functional and a plate that you can also put under it to keep water out when rains. It's in a 5.0 mustang magazine and it's like 399 bucks. I'll find it for you and post the link up on here.
