i have maximum motorsports flsfc's and they are one of the best mods i have on my car. It makes it more stable and less shakey on bumps

Yes they are important so get them like ASAP. the Maximum Motorsports XL series full length ones are the best. Just make sure you take it to a reputable shop which can line it up right and MIG weld it cleanly. Also make sure your car is lifted by a drive-up lift and not lifted by the chassis when they put them on.

Full-length sub-frames are a MUST for the beginnings of suspension work on the SN95 Stang.

Pepe my sig for the über SFC's

If I didn't have subframes my cars body would be twisted right now. Well worth the $100.

Oh **** Jazzer someone in a local forum posted that pic if that one jackstand lifting up your car and talking about SFC's...cool how the right side lifts up with the left...is that really from just SFC's?

^ Yup

That is Griggs upper/lower SFC's and creates a spectacular platform for a beast on the twisties.

i had sfc's on my old 03 GT. i never noticed a difference and mine was blown as well. but i also never launched the car on sticky tires at the track so that might have been why. but they are a good safety mod to keep the body from twisting
