Default c4 swap help

I have a 2000 Mustang Gt that I have gone from the T45 5 speed to a c4 automatic. What do I do to wire in my neutral safety switch on my hurst quarter stick to my car? Do I have to do anything with the wires that were on the T45? What do I do with the wires that were on the clutch pedal? Do I need a new tune? Thanks for your help!!

I thought about doing that swap on my car. The guy I talked to about it suggested just leaving the clutch pedal in it and pushing it down like normal with that switch still on it. I'm not sure about the rest though. I never actually did the swap. If the switch on the tranny is stopping you from starting the car then I'd just jump it out.

I pulled the old manual setup and put in an automatic pedal assembly. I sold the manual one. I just need to find what wires were under there and what they were for. I know one is neutral safety, one is cruise control kick off, and not sure what the other was. But I think I need to find which one is the neutral safety and wire to the shifter. If I could just find out what color the wires are. Thanks for your help!

Ok, how many sets of wires were going to the clutch pedal? You should be able to just wire the two together that was for the neutral safty switch and be able to start the car. How many sensors were on the manual tranny? I can only think of one right now and it's for the reverse lights. If you want, you could wire the neutral safty wires to a microswitch and rig it to your neutral position of the new shifter but I would just twist them together and let it ride.
