diablo predator
I have a 2001 gt and am considering buying a used predator programmer. What needs to be done to the programmer in order for it to work on my car? Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Dude you need to buy a new one, that one wont work unless its like flashed over or cleared, because the first time you use it, it sticks to that car. And you have to send it to diablo I THINK for that to be done. I have one and was wondering to. If im wrong someone will correct me shortly.

you could be wasting 100 bucks. alot of ppl think you can use them on everyones stang and share with there buddies. make sure he restes his tune back to stock first and then its good to go.

If the previous owner restores the stock tune to his/her car before you buy it, it will perform the same as a brand new Predator. Before handing over the cash, have the unit turned on and show the display "Last Tune Written". It should show "Original Backup". Also make sure it's model U7146 loaded with version r50d. If all that is in order buy it, $100 is a bargain price.
