It is all in the tune but anything > 380 rwhp is pushing it especially if you rev your motor into the high rpms like I did. Stock pistons and rods just cannot handle that kind of power for long.

If you go with a blower I would keep to 8 psi and actually add blower cams to increase efficiency reducing psi while creating more power.

your numbers are pretty Low.

i ran 11-12 psi with my vortech kit on my Gt making 400 or so rwhp for about 1.5 years and was fine, plus there are plenty of other guys making more than that for longer. so why 380? is that a magic number or somethin?
