that line has a teflon seal and yours needs to be replaced, you can get away with using an o ring as well sometimes. i use nitrile o rings in everything only because we have large kit sets at my shops. once you unthread the line nut and pull off the metal tube you should be able to see the step at the end of the tube where the o ring will sit.

Ya i didn't put a new teflon piece back on but i got some of the teflon that comes in the tubes for high pressure and high heat and everything is working great now. Brakes work, power steering works, and no more whine.
