HPS also just made a 5.4 2v intake you can go with. No adapter plates and made to clear a stock mustang hood.

It looks like the karkraft one is for a 4 valve engine but I like the sound of the HPS intake. I also like their home page picture more

. When It comes time to swap my motor I'll have to look into that more.
