Question Flushing Power Steering Fluid?

How often should the power steering fluid be flushed/replaced? ALSO, HOW would someone do that exactly?

Mine isn't leaking, but there's a noise whenever I turn the wheel (squeaky noise)....I have not changed the power steering fluid since I had the car, and it has about 70kish miles on it.

Here's the process as described in the '03 shop manual (it's easy)...

I do not see a recommended change interval in the maintenance schedule,

I flushed mine at 30k miles when I got the car, only because I have a clean fluid obsession, and always change all fluids upon buying a used car--even if the seller says they did it yesterday and has receipts...
