Default what to go with dohc or sohc?

i want to build my 01 mustang gt hopfully i can get around 900 hp but i cant decide if i want to go with dohc or sohc what do yall think i should go with?

um DOHC for sure. so do you have any idea what its gonna take to get 900 hp?

+1, go with the 2v. MMR 900 A 900 hp is more respectable than a 4v IMO.

4v is gonna make it alot easier, and you may want to go with twin t70s. i would think t76s would put your goal somewhere near 1200.

why 900hp? is that just a number you picked out of thin air? have you ever driven a 500hp car? how about a 400hp car? thats a lot of car for the street. not saying it cant be done, but i see a lot of people these days saying 500hp is slow and wanting more yet they drive a kia with less than 200hp and a body kit. not trying to be a dick i guess i just see too much of it and get sick of hearing it.

but if your serious, then grab a 4v, throw some blower cams and p & p heads, twin 67s, and a lotta boost.
