Passenger side PCV valve with Vortech

I installed a Vortech s-trim on my 2003 GT and it says in the instructions to replace the passenger side PCV valve with the supplied PCV valve. Unfortunately there wasn't one supplied at all. Does anyone know if I could just replace my factory PCV with one I can get from the auto store and which valve I should get. Anyone know how or why it's different?

Just go get the little air filter instead of the pcv valve.
