That is for drainage for a/c. Water will come out of there.

Only other thing is I don't have the A/C installed. The entire system was removed when I put the engine back in the car. Would it just be residual water in the a/c system. I will run it for a while this weekend and see if it continues. Thanks for all the help.

Prob your heater core leaking then, and it is coming out of there.

You could just loop out the heater core for the time being, and it should stop leaking. That would let you know for sure.
