but to the OP, its cheaper and easier to put a blower on your motor and make more power than a n/a 4v
well lets get technical lol. the all the cobras have a forged CRANKSHAFT but only the 03/04 have forged pistons and rods and there are no 02 SVT cobras just the aussie ones and they don't count. the 03/04 MANUAL machs also have a forged CRANKSHAFT but not pistons and rods. The autos have nothing forged.

I don't know why everyone is saying the swap is a pain in the ***. It's really not. I'm almost done with mine.

But for the OP, if you had to ask the difference between 2v and 4v and what that meant, don't bother doing anything like a 4v head swap.

The pain in the *** is finding all the parts. Might as well buy a whole 4v engine.

But with time and patience, it can be done, sure.

yea i know there was no cobra in 02 as well there wasnt one in 00 except the R, and nothing was forged in any of the cobras until 03-04. the only 4v with anything forged was the 5speed mach and that was the crank. the auto machs had nothing forged. im pretty sure any cobra before 03 had nothing forged. correct me if im wrong tho.
