Default trouble codes???

i have the codes P1130 /1131 and 1150 / 1151 this is what it shows

P1130 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Adaptive Fuel Limit - Bank No. 1
P1131 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 1

and

P1150 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Adaptive Fuel Limit - Bank No. 2
P1151 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 2

any ideas what it could be?

First off, I do not know the answer to your question, but you have had no responses, so I'll give you my thought process of it, for what that's worth.

Sounds like your car is running lean (or thinks it is), and it is dumping all the gas it can in there. (to state the obvious)

Seeing as how both sensors are saying lean, I'd be inclined to believe it. Fuel pressure issue? MAF? Possible jump of timing?

But I do not know for sure. Never seen those specific codes. Anyone else? (bump for you, OP)

Here's my searchable DTC list, including possible causes and diagnostic tips--from the '03 shop manual...

How long has it been since you replaced your fuel filter?

Well... Not that it caused it... But if you get bored changing the fuel filter will only cost about $20 with disconnect tool and filter and 5 mins of time and some gas smell.

Always possible to get trash in gas at a station - it happened to me with a couple month old fuel filter once.

Mine threw the P1131 and the P1151 when I installed my LT's couple yrs. ago, but I had a bad exhaust leak before 02 sen. on the driverside cause of 2 piece header design. I replace the headers with 1 piece headers and I still get them. I think the o2's are bad. Do you think the extentions are causing it, cause I have them too???

Often, with long tube headers, you need to modify the O2 Transport Delay table. The values in this table are the time (in seconds, at various loads and RPMs) in which the PCM expects to see a change in O2 sensor readings--after it has changed the fuel mix.

The LTs physically locate the front sensors further back, and it takes longer for changes in mix to be reported by the O2 sensors.
