Need Help!!!

I recently installed LT's on my car and removed the K-member to do it. I unbolted the Steering rack-and-pinion and tied it to the Swaybar. When I put it all back together I could hardly steer it out of the garage. Everytime I would start the car it would drain the resevoir, but there was no puddles and no leaks at all. Everyone was saying it's low put more in and it has air in it put some more fluid in it. Where did it go cause it was full before I installed the LT's. So now I have filled it back to normal level and you can barely a squeal or feel it in the steering wheel when turning. But it is leaking from inside the drivers side boot and the passenger side looks wet to. Here is a pic for those that want to see. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Matt

couldnt see a pic but it sounds like the header is rubbin on the steering rack. making it hard to turn.

The steering knuckle or U-joint is rubbing a little bit, I know that would effect the turning a lil. But would that be causing the leaks because it is putting stress on the Rack.

I wonder if you lost a seal on the rack? Is it possible the one or both of the rubber boots are filled with fluid? It has to be going somewhere.
