Sticky caliper causing bad tire wear?
So long story short I just found out my front right caliper has been sticking a little over the past 2000 miles or so. Its nothing drastic, but enough to cover the wheel in brake dust in less than 100 miles.
I used this as an excuse to upgrade to the cobra brake package from buyfordracing.com. The kit is in the mail, but the main concern I have is whether or not this sticking caliper caused my terrible tire wear on the same corner of the car. The outside of the tire is completely worn off. I've had the alignment checked twice and both times they said it was perfectly in specs...
Wouldn't a sticky caliper just cause the entire tire surface to wear evenly?
What do you guys think?

a caliper will have nothing to do with tire wear it will just wear down your brake pads faster. tire wear is the alignment there is no way that it can be aligned good if you are getting uneven alignment

Yea that's what I was afraid of. My car is lowered with H&R Sport Springs, and I had it aligned right after I installed them. The shop said they had to install some adjustable bolts to get the alignment right to specs so I went ahead and let them do it. It started wearing a little werid so I brought it back about 2 months later and they did it again for free because I wasn't happy with how it came out the first time. Both times they said it was aligned almost perfect, and I was given a printout of the different angles their machine calculated. Let me see if I can dig that up so you guys can give your opinion on the numbers.
