Why not? Serves the same purpose as having baffles in your gas tank but in the oil pan. keeps the pump from cavitating.

I use the MMR pump for this build but on every other build I have done I just use the cobra pump.

If you want a windage tray I have one laying in the garage with a modified pick up tube for it.

As you can see, That's the one to use. The windage tray is a good idea, but not a "have to" item. The function is to "wipe" away slinging oil from the crank, allowing it to drain the through tray. Not slinging all over the pan, rails, etc. and back on the crank...helps increase or should I say get back some HP.........5-7HP at 6K + rpm.

Does anyone know where I can get all the bolts for the pump and pickup tube that way I can install it before I take my motor out?

Cool thanks. If i know the sizes of all of the bolts, couldn't I just go and get them from a hardware store?
