So my brother was having problemas with his car, it stalled with no apparent reason, i checked the fuel pressure and it turned out fine, but the car still stalled, so i took it to a shop for a full diagnosis of the fuel system and after a while they told me they had found out that my ECU and that my fuel relay were done for.

Could this really have happened???, i dont know what to do, should i replace them or should i not believe them!?!?

Well take it to another shop and see if they say the same thing. Also don't mention that you might already know what it is and that you have taken it some where else already.
