Where you shopping at jdaniel? On saturday, after this week's paycheck's in the bank, I'm gonna order jba midlength headers, jba h-pipe (catted) and a borla stinger catback.. i'm thinking it's gonna be around 1400 or so for the three, probably a lot more after s+h.......

I would save more.....why pay 1k for 25hp..a nice adjustable nx kit will work great and just use the 50 shot as this is on demand only so gas mileage will be there and less wear and tear on the engine..

mabye a bit more than 25 hp but yes spray IS the way to go for more power on demand

I have BBK l/t headers and a VRS catted X and it's smog legal.

Why pay 1k for 25hp??

Becayse it'll sound cool, look slightly cooler (chrome tips bling bling) and it's part of a building process for a future s/c.
Plus I've never used nitrous before, and am not confident in myself enough to use an unfamiliar system in a car that I consider to be my baby; too much of a risk in my mind, although I know it can be used safely I'm not comfortable using it. I'd rather spend more money for a more secure feeling.

Plus I don't want to have to pay to fill up the bottle.

He is shopping from BBK. I got my BBK Lts and o/r X for like 750ish. 250 should cover a flowmaster system? Not really sure. That borla is pretty expensive, and I am sure the JBA headers are more too. I really don't have any problem with the BBK LTs, I reccomend em to everyone. The X though....

BTW, why did you go with 3.55 gears?? Did you even notice the difference between em and the 3.27s???

I didnt put in the 3:55's, or any of the mods, the car had them all when I bought it. Yeah, I dont know why anybody would want 3:55's over stock, unless you are going SC but even then i would have done 3:73's.
