Default just replaced my intake manifold and having issues

Just got done replacing my intake manifold, my 2000 style cracked in the front and coolant started pooring out (I've read this is common on my car) so I picked up a newer style that has the aluminum front. Installed new gaskets and made sure everything was clean. Just got it all put back together and it starts up and idles fine but during any type of acceleration it feels and sounds like it's sputtering I guess would be the best wording for it. I'm trying to narrow down the problem and figured I'd come here to ask for some help.

Going to check tomorrow and see if it's a vacuum leak. One of the hoses going into the plenum seems kind of pinched as well due to the new Alternator bracket that has to be used with this intake manifold.
