Default Dyno tune questions.

Hi all,

If I get a dyno tune, do I need to buy a tuner? Do they put the tune on the stock computer or do I need a chip? I have no plans on doing any tinkering with the tune myself, so I really dont need a tuning unit. Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Depends on how the shop does it... Most shops have a tuning package. It will include either a hand held or a chip and then dyno time.

So you'll have to see how your local shop tunes. Oh and if you don't want to be able to change or monitor anything, the chip is the way to go.
