heads are restrictive as hell. so is the stock exhaust. intake is actually decent but could obviously be better

What I meant is....unless your engine is consuming literally more air than your intake system(Air Filter-->Throttle Body-->Plenum-->Intake Man-->Cylinder-->Ka-boom)can feed to the engine, this really wont do much for you. And how much your engine can consume depends on how much it can get rid of so technically taking that O/R pipe off and putting this on would accomplish 0 in the end. You're loading up more air on the intake side but lowering how much your exhaust can flow out. More experienced 4.6 modders can give you a better idea of when these mods will actually provide worthwhile results.

my buddy dynoed his 03 gt with a JLT ram air, UPR O/R X, Flowmaster A/T catback, and a ported stock TB and Plenum from some guy off ebay and made 258 RWHP and i think 292 RWTQ....so i think its deff better than stock makes a diff int he throttle...the car does go good

Mine sharpened up the throttle response, felt real good after the install, not nearly as much delay between pushing the pedal and getting the response.

I noticed a difference with my C&L plenum but not with my Accufab 70mm TB. I kinda wish I bought a accufab plenum because they look good but I got a deal on C&L plus I herd they flow the best out of all of them.
