Default PI Swap idle issues

Hello there, I just finished a PI swap on my 98GT yesterday (with some great help and advice from some members in this forum :-) took a bit to start but finally got her started... problem is she won't idle at all. if I let off the gas it dies instantly. I did let the car warm up for a few minutes of course by manually idling and drove it around the block which was a pain because even shifting into other gears the car would die from no idle. Any idea what may be the issue here. My other problem is my radiator fan is not kicking on for some reason, temp went up past the halfway point which its never been, isn't there a way to test the fan by running a wire from the connector to the positive and negative on the battery? Thanks for any help and advice! I really wanna drive her home today if possible cause shes been sittin for about four months now...

make sure all the vacuum lines are hooked up and if they are do a vacuum leak test. as for the fan make sure you didn't blow a fuse or something or maybe the sensor isn't plugged in.

I did some more checking for leaks for a few more hours but Im in the same boat still... The only advice Ive been given from everyone so far is that the car needs to be tuned, Im really at a loss of what to do here, has anyone else had this problem before after a PI head swap?

Do you have both coolant sensors installed? Sometimes the car will give you a fit if you dont have it.

I have every sensor plugged in no loose wires or plugins or anything left unconnected and no check engine light as well.

My buddy and I did a swap on his car and the new pi intake only had a spot for one sensor so we had to drill and tap for the other.. One sends signal to your temp gauge, the other sends messages to your computer from what I understand. But if you dont have any left over plugs you got that covered.. Are you running any aftermarket cams or anything of that nature?

They are just PI cams from my understanding pulled from a 99GT as well as the heads. Got them from Craigslist from an automotive shop My intake manifold is not the PI one but a custom one I had gotten about a year ago for my old mustang which if Im not mistaken almost 100% sure it already had the two sensor plugins on it

How is your fuel pressure, and did you have any vacuum problems?

No vacuum leaks from what I can tell by spraying not sure about fuel pressure but I was able to drive the car around the block last night died every time I slowed down too much of course but sounded like it ran fine after a certain amount of RPMs
