Loud Engine Knocking

Loud Engine Knocking
I was reading up about cleaning out my IAC to help with the engine wanting to die when I would decellerate and stop. So I did that, took it off, and also took off my throttle body and cleaned both of those out while I was in there. Put everything back on fine, start it up, and now I have this very loud knocking sound coming from the engine. Don't know what if it is related to what I did, and I double checked everything by taking it off again putting it back on, and still does it, or if it's just coincidence. When I rev the engine up, the knocking sound seems to match in speed with the engine. I've had a couple friends look at it and say it may be a piston or a bearing of some sort went out, but I'm not completely sure. Any ideas?

Are all your parts/tools accounted for? If you dropped anything in that plenum hole that would certainly cause issues. I had an engine knock on my car a few months ago after putting my typhoon on and didn't drop anything in there. It just started randomly. Luckily, it went away as strangely as it started. Good thing too because I was about to tear into the motor.

Yeah pretty sure nothing dropped down in there. As soon as I pulled it off, I cover up the intake. Also after I took it back off again, we looked inside there and didn't see anything in there.

I uploaded a video, if anyone can take a look at it and see what you think.
Listened to it closely and it seems to be coming from the 3rd cylinder back on the right side, also it has seemed to become a bit quieter now after revving the engine up a bit, not nearly as loud as it was during idle. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

Ok, so I took it to a shop and also have had a few people look at it. We've used a stethoscope and could hear where it's coming from, and I've gotten mixed responses. Some people have told me it sounds like it may be bad lifters. The shop said it sounds like its coming from the bottom of the engine so it's not lifters, and they'd have to tear it apart to figure it out, and it'd be $2800 for a rebuild plus parts. It has progressively gotten better, as the sound doesn't really kick in until it's over 2000 RPMs. I'm sorta not sure where I should go from here, any ideas? What do you guys think?

Ok so after some thought, I've come to the conclusion that I'm going to just deal with my car as it is now and end up doing a swap with a new built motor. With the time, effort, and cost it would take to figure out what's going on with my current one, it's probably just easier to do a swap. Now I'm trying to figure out where to go from here. I've been looking at the MMR short blocks, and would think it would be pretty cool to do a swap for a 5.4L. However, I was told I would have to change out many of my stock parts to fit the 5.4 and it would end up costing a lot more. I talked to MMR and they suggested the 5.0 Stroker 850, as they claim that ALL my stock engine components will, as well as my add-ons, will go right on without problem, is this true? Also, what heads would go best with this? I was considering Patriot Stage II heads with Comp Stage II cams, but not sure if the Patriots would fit this because they say for 4.6/5.4. What should I do?
