Question Headlight adjustment...

Hey guys, I recently had my headlights defogged and clearcoated. I also installed some Luminics 9007 headlights and Luminics 893 foglights. Well, I know there is only a vertical adjustment on the headlights, but the driver's side headlight moves in (toward the middle of the car) as I back away from the wall during the adjustment. The passenger side headlight does nothing, it stays straight. How can this be fixed?

Also, I noticed before I changed my foglights, that the passenger foglight wasn't always as bright as the driver's side foglight. I thought after I changed out the foglights, this problem would be fixed. Well, it is not. It is still not as bright as the driver's side. I've adjusted it multiple times and at every angle, it doesn't shine as bright. Any ideas?

Thank you,
Phil

F.Y.I., I'm kind of **** about these things and it's driving me nuts. I don't want to be one of those guys driving down the street with some out of whack lights.

I don't think there is any way of fixing that...maybe you can check the seating of the bulb? or the housing?

Adjustment tabs for the headlamps are plastic screws which strip very easily. If this has happend then you're pretty much sol.

Strider: I took the bulbs out and put them back in. It fixed the problem for the headlights. I could have sworn that the bulbs were seated properly, I mean hell, only one way to go in.

As far as the foglights, any suggestions why one is brighter than the other?

A year ago, some water got into one of my foglights and busted the bulb, I cleaned the housing out with alcohol to remove the debris out of it. Do you think the alcohol messed up the reflective backing of the foglight assembly? Or etched the lens on the inside??
