Default mac pro chambers

ON MAC's website they have a section for MAC long tube pro chambers and short tube pro chambers. Does anybody know the difference. I already have the MAC catback system and was planning on getting MAC headers but I don't know if you have to already have the long tube headers for the long tube pro chamber to fit or not.
Please help!!!!!!!

With Mac longtubes. If you use a Prochamber you don't use cats. You can use the longtubes with the catted H-Pipe.

With shorty headers you have a choice to use cat's or not. look here http://www.rpmoutlet.com/musv8maccat.htm#1

I got the longtubes with no cat's. They can turn off the check engine light and noone will be the wiser with emissions in my state. Shhhh.

do you have to have the longtube headers before you get the long tube pro chambers?
how much power did you get from them?

Dude voodoo you're confusing him... the longtube pro chamber is shorter because it's designed to compensate for the longer headers rather than being longer to reach up to the stock or shorty headers. To answer your question, yes you need longtubes on first before you install the shorter prochamber because obviously it won't reach.

Sorry I guess I got on the Cat thing. The thing is that they don't make a prochamber that has the ability to be catted that will fit to the long tube header.

You can bolt up the prochamber with the extended sections either catted or not to the stock manifold or almost any shorty. I would call to be sure though. I always call to make sure on that stuff.
