Default headlight help

so i tried to install my hids in my 04 gt and i failed miserbaly. ended up braking one bulb and got one in. the one that i got in a didnt brake it then appeared to be pointing the the right. so i took everything out and put stock bulb back in hoping it would solve my issue. nope still pointing to my right it was not messed up before. I do know for a Fact that i hit that little chrome cone in there a couple times. could that have made the beam not go straight now? i hope not these are brand new

hey man got the same year car as you and i installed mine a couple weeks ago the new bulbs are a little longer but if you put them in straight they shouldnt hit the chrome cone. mine did go in a little on the tight side actually had to turn with a pair of pliers but was being verrrrrrry careful and they went in just fine. i also took the battery out to gain a little clearance as there wasnt enough room to get my hand in there to unplug and pull out the old one. what kit numbers did you get?

jeeze, what kind of bulbs are you guys using, the bulbs that the hid kits come with should not be that difficult to remove/install, I was able to just slide the bulb in and turn with ease when I first installed hids. The hid setup I have now is a bit more pita but still nothing as difficult as needing pliers.

OP: sounds like you just need to adjust the headlamps, there are two screws on the top of the headlamp, 1 controls vertical axis the other horizontal.
