definitely throw the tubular k on there and if you have the money swap on some coilovers to go with it. I just swapped one into my car last week and its not much trouble with the engine in the car so it should take half the time with it out of the car. I got spring perches on mine and it sits a little higher now and I'm still trying to figure that one out.
The coilovers are already sittin in the garage next to the long tubes

what brand would you go with? racecraft?
Lol yea, the power I am making now just isn't cutting it. I think I am gonna go with a QA1 k member
I would recommend you at least checking out the AJE Kmember. I had to use it for a Windsor swap, but when I got it I was very very happy with it. It's a great piece.
So I will be swapping my built shortblock in soon, and am wondering if I should switch over to a tubular k member while the motor is out. I'm sure it will be a lot easier with the motor out of the car, but is it really that beneficial? How hard is it to install with the motor out of the car/how long should it take?
i live in ohio, and if you wanna drive to columbus ill sell ya my GMS tubular k member/a-arms... its got about 600 miles on it.... heard bad things about GMS, but ill give you it for $200 if money is a problem...its been installed and worked fine for everything, and i dont see how it could be that bad compared to others, its just some tubes welded together
