High Pitch Sound After UDP Install???
I did my Steeda UDP’s a week ago, and just noticed last night that there is a high pitched sound (kinda like if you were to rub you finger around the rim of a crystal chalice) coming from the front. (Prolly a pulley or something.) Has any one ran into this or does anyone know what is causing this?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Thanks - I'll check it out today. I'm actually still running the stock H20 pump pulley, as I have the legacy (1996 - mid-2001) H20 pump and pulley on my 2002 (??? Thanks, Ford![:@]). Steeda is sending me the correct one this week....

It has to be a belt issue if you only changed 2 of the 3 pulleys. The UD crank pulley is smaller, and the other two are larger so that there is no change to the belt size. If you still have the stock water pump pulley on there, the stock belt might me slipping.

I can't believe you used the word "chalise" LOL.
J/K - does the noise happen all the time or only when the A/C is on?

My new belt is doesn't work to well[:@] It freakin rubs against the block at the tensioner pulley. I think I too need a shorter belt........didn't realize I would need it with the steeda pulleys
