where can I get the 03-04 Cobra rear bumper...I have a 99 cobra, can i put the 03-04 cobra bumper on instead...?

I purchased the bumper for 246.66 OEM plus shipping, and it list for 373.73. He's a great guy to deal with, I ended up returning it and just gettingthe regular gt bumper instead.
