Default new here, need an exhaust opinion

Hey guys im new here, about a month ago i bought a silver 1996 mustang gt with about 82,000 miles. Im new to mustangs so i have been on these boards and other sites doing as much research as possible. Because i absolutley love the V8 sound i figured i would save up and buy exhaust as the first thing i put money towards.... Well coming home tonight i heard a terrible sound going over a bump, then suddenly my car got supper loud, seconds later i got a call from some girls we new who were following us sayin that my car was sparking.. Well it turns out my muffler is hangin down n is going to need to be replaced. so im looking to buy, VERY SOON an slp lound mouth exhuast because i want a LOUD and DEEP sound. Now my question is do i go with the I's or the II's im not to sure what the differnces. also being that im 17 i dont have a ton of money, so where would be the best place to buy them. Sorry this is so long, thanks for reading and for all of your input in advance.

I's are the loud, obnoxious ones, and II's have a deeper "grumblier" tone.

ok thanks for the reply. i dont want it to be too loud, just want it to sound decently louder then stock and to also keep the deep sound. since i cant afford an h/x pipe, how will the catback sound with the stock x? also where is a cheap place to buy slp exhaust?

if you cant afford an H or X pipe how are you gonna afford a $400-$500 SLP Catback set up? my advice is get an H or X pipe they go from as low as $130 to like 200 and up. Then just get some mufflers, that will be cheaper and sound good.

well i wrote in my first post that the night before i heard scrapping and my car got real lloud and its my muffler dragging on the road. so im going to need to replace it and thought i mine as well get a complete catback and that slp would be my choice. after i get paid on wensday i will have enough money to afford one for around $425 which is the average price iv found. still short on money for an H/X pipe and isnt a must to replace because nothing is wrong with it.. and also because the mac H pipes that i would choice are around 200-300 because im in PA and need it to be catted.

thanks alot for the reply revz,

i think im going to go with the I's then because of the fact that my midpipe will need to be catted it will be a good way to componsate for that. i was looking on mustangtuning but only problem is that it is out of stock until mid july, cant really wait that long.. this slp site has it as the same price-free shipping, minus the $10 discont. it doesnt say they r the I's but i think they are because it doesnt say II's either right.?? http://www.lmperformance.com/5544/50.html
