A new fuel pump might resolve the issue for the OP.
That's where my symptoms differ from the OP's. If I lightly get on the throttle, it runs perfect whereas the OP's dies. If I go heavy on the throttle, it bogs, then revs, then backfires, and then idles. Keep in mind that this ONLY happens when the car is cold. After it's warm, it runs perfectly.

Apparently the hose going into the IAC was disconnected somehow. Hooked it back up and started it up and ran fine but it was reading lean, so I had to clear the computer but I've put another 100 or so miles on it and it's running perfectly now.
