Evertime I turn the wheel, the front passenger side wheel area is making a whole lotta noise...squeeks and other noises...loud ones, too. Every little movement of the steering wheel brings it out.

Anyone experienced this before and or can suggest a remedy?

Check your power steering fluid levels. If they're ok, you could need a new pump, tire-rods, etc.

my 04 started making a strange creaking noise and it ended up being a some bushing in the front end.

My old 94 Taurus and my brothers 97 F-150 did that. Taurus was a lost cause but a little greese stopped the squeaking in the F.

Mine did the same thing, only on the drivers side.. Flush your power steering fluid and refill with fresh fluid, I bet your noise will dissappear... if not, then check your power steering pump itself.
