Default Header Panel?

a while back I ran into a car at low speed maybe 5mph, their was little damage to my car and none to the other, but i did break something. i broke the part of the bracket where the grill and the light meet the spot where there a bolt holding the bumper. anyways the things called a header panel and i know that there cheap under $100 bucks, but is it hard to install one of these? it holds the lights and the grill. i don't thinks it's connected to the radiator support.
