Default Exhaust HELP????

I have already posted one thing about this but only got one reply. I am curious about h pipes. I am looking at either a BBK or Summit O/R h pipe. I have heard alot of problems with the bbk so thats why i am think summit. I am also going to go with American thunder flowmaster cat back. I was thinking about headers, but i dont know if i should go with headers are not! If i did go with headers i am thinking BBK's shorty's. I am just not sure if is is real hard to install them or if is worth the time(for the gains) Bascially i need advice because i am kinda at a stand still untill i figure this all out. Do you get alot of gains from headers?? I am mostly looking for my exhaust to be louder, so i think with a O/R h pipe and flows i would be good, but let me knwo what you guys think!!!!!!
Thanks James

Get the Summit H, I've heard good things about it and it will pair up well with the Flowmasters.

Headers are very difficult and time consuming to install and very expensive for labor if you have someone do it. If you do decide that you want headers, go with longtubes. You will get more of a gain from them vs. the shorties.

The gains from headers aren't much, but you will pick up some. In my opinion, the cost/trouble to horsepower ratio just isn't worth it.

I think the o/r h and Flows will be plenty loud enough for you right now.

Since modding these cars is so addicting, i would do long tubes now, because i'm sure at one point you'll wish you did! I know that's how it worked for me.

Headers themselves will make the car sound a little deeper, and louder at WOT. They will add a few ponies now, and alot more if you do forced induction or head and cam work.

The cost/benefit ratio is not so good at this point in time for you (you need to look at your long term goals with the car) but i would still do it now if you can swing it.

I just recently did long tubes, and wished i'd done them sooner!

had a few different H pipes, and X pipes and by far the summit had the best quality and price. i would definitely recommend going with that one
