It's the 6 speed for the cobra. There is sticky about going from the T3650 to the T56. Doesn't look too hard at all. I agree that your syncro is going out. If it's acting like that, I don't think it could be anything else. Try double clutching, or clutchless shifting and see how it feels.

Check your shifter. Some times if not adjusted right it will make you miss also if your car is too hot or warm depending on the clutch it will not grab right away. When i had the stock clutch i had to give it a second before shifting it in there. Also if you have been grinding it alot you sync and gear maybe going bad you grind the teeth off. IF this happened do a swap dont rebuild get a used tran on ebay for $500.
