Default starving lifter?

i posted a thread about a week ago or so about a tick noise coming from what seems like the underneath of my car. in any event, i can hear it at low rpm's when im accelerating. usually around like 1,000-2,000 rpm's. i thought it was an exhaust leak so i went under and tightened the **** out of everything and that didnt solve the problem. like i said before, the ticking has been getting worse and it's annoying as hell. i talked to my buddy about it and he seems to think its a valve tick. so i changed the oil this morning along with the filter and took it for a ride. at first it seemed a little bit better but the more i drove it i realized it's still the same. how can i find out if thats what it is for sure? ill try to take a vid so you guys can hear it, but i dont know if it will pick up the noise

heres a few vids

Hmm, it's not that bad a tick. Mine does it way worse. Try dropping some marvel mystery oil in it, see if it helps.
