Like you suggested in the other thread, it's probably the battery.

Default The clicking sound is probably coming from your fuel pump relay.

That clicking sound is probably coming from your fuel pump relay which is installed in your Constant Control Relay Module located between your passenger side fender and fender well, as shown below. I believe the Constant Control Relay Module is equipped with 3 relays. One for your fuel pump, one for your A.C. Compressor, and the other for your cooling fans. You said that after you installed your ECM, your engine now does not turn over. What was the reason for your ECM being removed in the first place? When you removed your ECM, did you disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery first, or did you remove the ECM with the battery still hooked up? If your answer is yes, that means that you re-installed your ECM with your battery still hooked up! Let us know. Good luck, Tommy.

The A.I.R. pump is also located in the passenger side fender, no?

no air pump on the 2v 4.6s. One of the relays has gone bad or the bolt for the computer is not tightened down enough and causing an intermittent signal
