Default f150 4.6 to 5.4 swap with predator

great forum!
just had to replace the 4.6 in my 2002 supercrew due to a spun bearing and metal shavings plugging the pickup(NOT magnetic)w/ only 60k on it. i pull a gooseneck horsetrailer and decided against another 4.6. found a very low mileage 2002 5.4 that i slid in, very nicely. used the 4.6 wiring harness and retained the 4.6 ECM. the truck has a LOT more power down low, and i barely use any throttle. up above about 4000, it just kindof falls off, as it does if i go to WOT down low. figured i would get a predator to adjust the A/F and timing, etc. along with the other benefits. now with the 5.4 torque peak at approx. 2500 rpm's instead of the 3400 that the 4.6 has it has even more down low and still falls off, not to mention the no WOT thing i have going on. can any one point me in the right direction to being able to "trick" the ECM into using a more 5.4 friendly modification of the custom tune to save the 4.6 ECM? momma is gonna s*** if i have to spend another few hundred on this little prob!
