Back wheel grinding/rubbing sound...what is it?
When I first bought my mustang it would make a rotating grinding sound in one of the rear wheels. I had my tires rotated and it seem to have dissappeared that or I just had my music to loud. Now the sound is back again...I've checked everything...nothing is loose or touching the tire. It seems at time it's worse than others..anybody else have this problem?

Jack up the rear end and check it out more closely. I looked at a '95 GT before I bought mine and it was making some horrible noises coming from the rear end gears. Are you sure it's coming from one of the wheels? If so it's probably an axle bearing. Depends on your mileage, you should give more info. If it's high pitched like a whine (I think, this is what I've heard) than it may be your axle bearing. I'm assuming you've ruled out the brakes.
